UV Drip-Off Varnish Introduction

UV drip-off varnish is composed of UV-Reverse underlayer varnish(Primer) and Reverse surface varnish, which can create abrasive effect(drip-off effect), please see below:

1.     Make a film except for the CIRCLE part

2.     Apply UV reverse underlayer varnish(Primer) on the SQUARE part except for the CIRCLE part

3.     Apply UV reverse surface varnish on the SQUARE part including the CIRCLE part.

4.     The SQUARE part (except for the CIRCLE part) is ABRASIVE effect(blue color), and the CIRCLE part is GLOSS effect(white color).

The above process is widely used in package industry, such as for cosmetic, medicine, alcohol, etc.
